Vancouver Indigenous Fashion Week 2024

VIFW 2024 collection included 22 garments

This collection is was in collaboration with Rosaline Weasel Moccasin and Jerome Blood from Kainai.

Niiksokowaiks (Family), came together to bring this collection into tangible pieces. I asked my grandma Rosaline Weasel Moccasin and Jerome Blood to come help design this year. Your sewing, patterns, stories have gotten me through this and I look forward to seeing it all come together. It took a whole family to bring this together, and I would not have been able to do any of this with out the support of my Niiksokowaiks.

All the early morning coffee drop offs and food, from Dustin and Jay, food brought from my mom, and Auntie Lisa. Jess I love you and thank you for unconditional support in this crazy life we live.
